We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development.

HR Generalist Job Highlights:

  • Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment activities
  • Maintains active requestion load for high volume positions, campus recruiting, internships, and/or entry level professional roles
  • Fills open positions while remaining compliant with corporate policies and procedures
  • Recognizes and utilizes recruitment practices that will produce a diverse candidate pool
  • Develops staffing plans and pipeline of active and passive talent to generate qualified candidate pools, conduct in-depth screenings, and assess for levels of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations.
  • Provides support and advises management regarding recruitment plans
  • Assists management with selection criteria and salary decisions
  • Trains new management on compliance with corporate policy, employment laws, and regulations


What We Look for In HR Generalists:

  • 2 years of human resources experience, preferably with some experience within a recruiting/ talent acquisition capacity
  • Prefers an education background of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
  • Prefers AIRS certifications
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Applicants must be comfortable with data entry and administrative duties
