Express is currently recruiting for an Production Supervisor for an immediate opening with a great local company. The client is seeking candidates with strong leadership and time management.

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage 3 Sr. coordinators and up to 50 employees across the shift.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
• responsible for production output, product quality, reducing waste and on time shipping.

 

What we look for:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business preferred
• Minimum of 4 years'' experience in plant environment
