Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Located in Carbondale, IL

Salary: 20-35.00/hr

A Dealership in Jackson County is in need of a FT Journeymen Auto Mechanic/Technician.

Pay $20-35/hr depending on skill. Monday-Friday, and day shift. 

 

Duties include: 

• Diagnose and repair
• Examine the vehicle and determine if any additional safety or service work is required
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
• Document in a timely manner
• Keep shop area clean and neat
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes

Requirements:

Auto mechanic experience- 3-5 years minimum, ASE and Ford Certified preferred.
