Express is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent evaluation-hire position with a very well-established manufacturing company in Woodland, WA. 


Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour/ DOE.


Job Description:

Interact with customers and sales personnel to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Support sales activities, design and develop of brochures, catalogs, and tradeshow and event materials, develop of promotions and corresponding materials.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer concerns. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and concerns.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Process customers’ purchase orders and requests.
  • Verify all PO’s match in the system for other departments.
  • Serves as liaison between the manufacturing and sales.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of product with clients and carriers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments.
  • May supports sales by preparing presentations, providing flyers, product demonstration, and capability booklets, compiling account and product analyses.
  • Perform other related duties as require.



  • High School Degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree with equivalent work experience. Two years’ experience recommended in a customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and writing skills.
  • Meets deadlines and establishes clear priorities quickly while working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must excel at working under deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication,
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Excellent computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Publisher a plus!
  • Creative and technical writing ability
  • Ability to make public presentations
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and organization
  • Truthfulness and honesty in all communications
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
