$19hr to $22hr depending on experience.
Monday thru Friday - 8am to 5pm

A major provider of  freight and messenger solutions to businesses and individuals throughout southern California and neighboring states is looking for a customer service representative to join their team in Pacoima.

Summary: Seeking a customer oriented service representative to help our customers over the phone and email. Will help with phones, in person service, and working on administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers needs.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Skills:

• Proven customer support experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Track record of over achieving quota.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
