Receive and process orders for products or merchandise by mail, phone, or in person.
Process customer orders accurately by following established guidelines.
Solicit or provide information as required to complete customer orders, returns,
shipments, and requests for product pricing and availability.
Engage in troubleshooting activities and accelerate issues that impact the full cycle order
Issue return authorization numbers per customer requests. Track and update receipts,
dispute pricing and quantity errors, and maintain an itemized list of customer returns.
Provide documentation to dispute claims and recover costs from responsible parties.
Create and maintain vendor and barcode databases.
