Job Description: seeking a reliable and dedicated Shop Hand to join our machine shop team. As a Shop Hand, you will be responsible for disassembling machine parts, performing cleaning and repair tasks, and reassembling components. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Disassemble machine parts following established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform thorough cleaning of machine parts to remove dirt, debris, and other contaminants.
• Inspect parts for damage or wear and identify components in need of repair or replacement.
• Assist in repairing machine parts under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the machine shop area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with machine shop operations is preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle small components and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Must be able to pass a background check (BG) and drug screening (DS).
