Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Enrolled Agent. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

 

Pay: $17.00/hour

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax reviews with clients
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Review and enter data into reporting software
• Review and analyze tax returns for accuracy and completion
• Identifying potential risks as well as opportunities to improve service and process
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
• Nurture and build client relationships.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Previous Tax filing experience (2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
