What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core welding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication work according to drawings, specifications, and job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and related tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
