Staff Accountant

Located in Olympia, WA

Salary: $24-28/hr

Express is now hiring a Staff Accountant for a local public accounting firm in Shelton, WA. This is a Direct Hire with the business and will be a long-term position with more hours available during tax season and a part time schedule available year-round. The schedule typically is Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM but is very flexible depending on the employees needs. Pay range will be $24-28/hr depending on experience.   

 

Job Duties:

• Providing excellent communication and customer service to clients
• Payroll compliance – understanding laws
• Excise tax reporting
• Reviewing accounting for clients using QuickBooks

 

Job Requirements:

• 2 Year degree or 4 years of progressive accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
