Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals relies on the accurate and efficient distribution of our customer's products to over 100 million consumers worldwide. We’re currently seeking a CNC Machinist to take on responsibility and deliver results safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform multiple functions

• Ensure specifications fall within the allowed tolerances

• Mount and install tools as needed

• Listen to machines during operation in order to detect dull-cutting tools or excessive vibration

• Adjust machines to fix any problems

• Save adjusted programs and submit them to Manufacturing Engineer

• Calculate machine speed and feed ratios, size of position cuts, and control coolant needs

• Communicate with supervisors or programmers to resolve machine malfunctions

• Performing other duties as assigned

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of experience as a CNC Machinist is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time

Pay:

$23-$26/hr DOE
