Title:  Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm  
Pay: $16-20/hour
Location: Kalihi, parking available right in front!

Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for entering data information into QuickBooks
  • Assisting customers over the phone, and transferring to specific department as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing and scanning
Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
  • 2 years of office experience
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, comfortable with data entry
  • Able to work independently, learn quickly
