Located in Denison, TX
Salary: $16.50/Hr
Set up and operate punch press machinery to manufacture parts according to production schedules and specifications.
Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and placement for accurate punching operations.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job instructions.
Report production issues, quality concerns, and equipment malfunctions to supervision.
Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team goals.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or operating press/machine tools is a plus.
Good mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read basic production documents and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely operate manufacturing machinery.
