Sales Executive
Job Description
Reports to VP Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
Develop and execute sales account plans with customers both locally and nationwide. Consult with clients to craft custom packaging solutions through project based engineering services, equipment automation, custom and stock materials, specialty supply chain solutions, contract packaging solutions, and contract e commerce/fulfillment services. Assess processes, product quality, and environmental factors to develop solutions that increase productivity and improve total cost. Works well in a fast paced, ever changing business climate.

Main Responsibilities
Sales Hunter mentality with ability to maintain and grow customer base with recuring sales.
Cultivate new customers through prospecting networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Uncover and secure new business within existing accounts.
Sell integrated equipment automation projects coordinating with Engineering to provide custom solutions.
Builds and manages an extensive sales pipeline from lead generation through on boarding of new business.
Consultative Selling focused on the customers business needs.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency when addressing customers inquiries, utilizing internal resources, and closing sales.
Respond to company provided web leads from prospects throughout the US. Utilize video meeting platforms/telephone to conduct sales process and close sales.
Project Management.
Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed.
Demonstrates B2B sales expertise.
Sales Strategy Development Identifies accounts and opportunities to pursue after considering company size, probability of closing, effort and other factors. Uses a systematic approach to generate multiple alternatives and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.
Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal communications.
Negotiate with vendors and manufacturers.
Foster positive work environment with fellow employees and customers.
Participate actively in company sponsored training sessions, regularly scheduled sales meetings and other company functions.
Properly communicate announced product and price changes, availability conditions and other pertinent announcements to your customers.
Deliver samples as necessary.
Maintain all customer files accurately, including key contacts, sales history and potential sales data.
