Job Summary: We are seeking a  skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of industrial machinery, equipment and electrical systems. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including but not limited to conveyors, motors, pumps, and production lines, to ensure optimal functionality.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic and pneumatic issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

3. Repair and Replacement: Conduct repairs and parts replacement as needed to restore equipment to operational status. This includes the ability to dismantle and reassemble machinery components.

4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with industry standards.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs made, and parts used. Generate reports as required.

6. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment components to ensure availability for maintenance and repair needs.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address maintenance requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support equipment upgrades.

8. Training: Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical training or certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
