Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Machinist (Grade 1) who can multi-task and operate 2-4 Lathe and Mill machine. Work schedule: M-Th, 7am-5:30pm; F 7am-3:30 pm. Salary: $22-$26/hr DOE. (Work location- CAMDEN area) DIRECT HIRE POSITION - Built in overtime, 48 hrs a week
BENEFITS - Medical, Dental, Vision, Matching 3% 401k. Must live in, or be able to commute daily, to the Camden, AR area.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
* Set up machines with supervision
* Perform a variety of machine operations utilizing CNC or manual machining centers to cut, shape, and drill or form metal work pieces to specifications
* Operate CNC equipment of varying complexity in various production processes in accordance with operating procedures
* Equipment used may include mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, filtering equipment, pumps, and filling machines
* Perform a variety of milling, drilling, boring, or related operations to close and interrelated tolerances
* Review set up sheet and specifications to determine machining sequence and dimensions of finished work piece
* Perform set up and diversified operations on CNC Mills and comprehend work instructions. (G-Code, 2D & 3D)(3&4 Axis - similar to FANUC or AKUMA)
* Measure work piece for conformance to specifications
High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED
5-10 years Machining Experience REQUIRED
Post High School/Professional Certification Preferred
