Project Manager

Salary: $20/hr - $22/hr BOE

Job Summary:  We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team.  Duties include:

• Ensure processes are followed and quality control is maintained
• Develop clear and accurate job scoping
• Assign tasks to Production Technicians and manage workflow and task completion
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs
• Comply with safety practices
• Train Production Technicians on production processes, equipment maintenance, and customer relations. Model professional behavior and customer relations skills
• Review documentation for the job with the customer and obtain required authorizations
• Leave Site with clean, orderly appearance
• Communicate expectations with production staff and office staff
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment

Location: Troy, IL
Position type: Full time, Direct Hire
Pay: $20/hr - $22/hr BOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm

• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Carpenter skills are a plus
