Developer Learning Engineer - Remote - Eastern Time Zone

Are you keen on developing learning experiences that effectively build skills for our partners? Do you have a passion for software development and coding? Do you enjoy educating customers and simplifying complex things to make them understandable by the partner developers' community?

This position is open to remote in either the US or Europe.

What You Get to Do!

  • Create and maintain learning content (technical documentation, KB Articles, video, etc)
  • Design, provide communicate samples and tutorials
  • Collaborate other internal teams for successful delivery of content
  • Gather metrics on Partners activity (Product, Documentation, Community)
  • Preemptively provide evolution to learning material according to data
  • Design guidelines on our products (API)
  • Contribute to our Developer Community efforts Maintain documentation framework

All other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in an applicable field or, equivalent work experience 2+ years software development experience with various language (C/ C++, JS, Python)
  • 1 - 2 years experience building learning content for software developers
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
  • Focus and empathy toward the customer experience
  • A creative and pragmatic mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • The ability to balance the big picture with the details
  • Accountability, independence, and ownership over work

Nice to Have: Experience in the education technology sector and ISD Experience working with agile teams and tools Experience with 3D Computer Graphics, CAD, CAM, CAE, or other engineering software Previous work in an international company Fluent in both English and French
