Welder

Salary: 16-18/hr+

A Machine Shop in Franklin County is in need of a FT, Welder join their team. This is a FT, long-term position, 1st shift, Monday - Friday 8-5pm with occasional OT. Medical benefits also provided.  Pay $16-18+/hr depending on experience and skill level. 

 

Requirements:

• Certified Welder is preferred, but not necessary
• 1-2 years experience in MIG, TIG, and Air Arcing Welding
• Must have Blue Print reading experience 
• Fabrication
• and must be able to stand throughout shift and lift 50lbs+ consistently

 

Duties include: 

• Operate & maintain machines that fabricate & repair metal structures
• Will perform mainly MIG Welding and some TIG, Air Arcing welding
• Position will also include; brazing, torch cutting, operating a plasma cutter, sandblasting, fabrication, and reading blueprints
