Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Welders for a manufacturing companies in the San Bernardino area.

Qualifications needed:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding

• Set up and adjust welding machines based on material type and thickness

• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings

• Cut, measure, and assemble metal parts

• Perform tack welds and full structural welds

• Grind, clean, and finish welds as required

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean workspace

Requirements:

• 2+ year welding experience

• Ability to read measurements and blueprints

• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes

• Familiarity with fabrication tools (grinders, torches, saws, plasma cutters)

• AWS certification is a plus
