Express Employment is currently hiring Assemblers at a growing company located in Waverly, NE. Positions with weekly pay are available on both 1st and 2nd shift. These are evaluation-to-hire positions with the opportunity to turn into a long-term career!
 
Position Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Inserting materials, clamping, lifting repetitively
  • Using automated and manual saws
  • Fitting parts together and connecting parts using a combination of hand tools, air-powered tools, and automated equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in assembly, production, or construction preferred, but not required
  • MUST be able to read a tape measure (can take assessment at Express)
  • Good work ethic
  • Ability to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
Schedule/Pay:
  • 1st shift: Monday-Thursday from 5:30am - 4:00pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm - 2:30am
  • Overtime available!
  • Pay is up to $19/hr with pay increases based on performance!
  • Employees paid weekly!
