Mon-Fri Day Shift Full time

If you have experience in the plumbing and maintenance field, that is a bonus! If not, we will do our best to provide training. - The core of this position will be installing and maintaining custom water treatment systems throughout our service area.
- Ensure best customer service and follow through.
- Follow safety protocols in place. We look out for you. You look out for you!
- Ability to lift and push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout the shift and frequent climbing (i.e. ascending/descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work together with a team or operate individually.
- Trustworthy and dependable with a thorough thought process and a problem-solving mindset.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School graduate/GED required. Prefer 6 months prior experience in similar role. Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively and remaining calm and courteous under pressure. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bi-lingual in Spanish is helpful.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
