Remote Customer Service Representative
Located in Lubbock, TX
REMOTE POSITION*** representative helps with the initial triage and support of our New Caregivers, Password resets, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and ticket escalations. Device troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS), Application troubleshooting (O365, Citrix), and assisting with any technical issue that may arise. We have knowledge to follow for troubleshooting, and established metrics to accomplish the work in. Technicians are expected to provide thorough documentation of the interaction and follow documented processes
Candidate Strengths: Customer Service, Awareness and ability to follow the Security team’s outlined process for verification, Strong documentation, have done IS support at least 2 years experience
This position starts as a contractor, but will have the opportunity to work toward an Employee position.
