Global Partner Learning Manager - Remote - Eastern Time Zone

We are the global leader in 3D development software toolkits, and are seeking a Global Partner Learning Manager (internal titleDeveloper Learning Manager) to manage a global team of Technical Learning Engineers. The Developer Learning Manager will participate in the creation and management of content (technical documentation, tutorials, expert video) to help our community of developers build the skills they need to use our software development kits (SDK's). This position is open to remote in either the US or Europe.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic support to a team of three individuals to create, define and edit SDK learning materials
  • Work with Product Managers on the creation of learning pathways & roadmap to improve the learning experience for specific personas
  • Manage projects with contributors from various departments and get buy in/support from stakeholders
  • Design, create, and edit technical learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Stage, test, and publish learning content on our Developer Zone & Learning Platform
  • Collect and analyze the impact of learning materials & identify areas for improvement
  • Provide career development, give feedback/coaching, develop a trust-based relationship to direct reports
  • Collaborate with other team leaders within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in an applicable field, such as Computer Science and/or Marketing
  • 2 - 3 years of meaningful software development experience with various languages (C/C++, JS)
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in leadership position
  • Experience building learning content for software developers
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English
  • Focus & empathy toward customers feelings & experience
  • A creative & pragmatic mindset
  • Dedication to customer success
  • Strong organizational & project management skills
  • The ability to balance the big picture with the details
  • Accountability, independence, and ownership over your work

Experience You Should Definitely Brag About:

  • Experience in the education technology sector and Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
  • Experience working with agile teams and tools
  • Experience with 3D Computer Graphics, CAD, CAM, CAE, or other engineering software
