We are currently recruiting experienced customer support professionals for a Senior Customer Experience role with a client located in Verona!

 

This is a direct hire position - join the team of a top ranked Wisconsin employer immediately upon hire!

 

This position can be in office, fully remote, or a hybrid remote position.

As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, you will build trusting relationships and work closely with professional event planners to provide them with product and service solutions to make their jobs easier and their events a success!

A day in the life of a Senior Customer Experience Specialist…

  • Communicate with our customers who contact us by phone, email, and chat. Balance incoming calls and emails at the same time.
  • Assess customer needs and then provide them with product and service solutions. Provide price quotes and art proofs, handle shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
  • Enter, verify, manage, and process orders. You will oversee and manage orders from beginning to end – being detail-oriented is a must!
  • Customer order changes? Yep, they happen! You will facilitate those requests and partner with different departments to ensure the changes are made.
  • Troubleshoot when challenges arise, keeping a strong focus on customer service and
    satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the needs of our customers and communicate these needs throughout the organization.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment, preferred
  • 1 year of soft sales experience, preferred
  • Comfortable working at your computer all day; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP order entry systems
  • Ability to type minimum of 45 WPM
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and friendly attitude with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone and through email
  • Provides attention to detail and has the ability to analyze and research information
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift within 8am to 5pm

 

Schedule: 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri.  This position can be in office, fully remote, or a hybrid remote position.

Pay: Negotiable, based on previous experience.  Minimum starting pay of $20/hr.
