We''re seeking skilled Welders for a precision sheet metal fabrication and custom enclosure needs company located in Wabasha, MN. In this role, you will weld metal components together with brazing and/or a variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate metal products. Some essential job functions include but are not limited to welding parts together using both gas welding or brazing and any combination of arc welding processes, perform related tasks such thermal cutting and grinding, repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and increases size of metal parts, position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding, and complete proper routing information, tags, counts, and other forms as applicable. • Associate''s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and blueprints 
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence 
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables 
• Ability to stand, reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. 
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr. 
• Monday-Thursday: 3:30 pm to 2 am
