Salary: $55K - 65K



  • Assists in preparing, drafting, and negotiating contracts based on company approved templates
  • Assist in obtaining all new client onboarding documentation including NDA''s, Manufacturing agreements and Quality agreements.
  • Provides timely and thorough advice on potential risks and issues in contracts
  • Organizes intake process relating to contract creation and review from internal clients  
  • Review and maintain all agreements entered by the company in a Contract Management System
  • Identifies and summarizes key obligations of the company
  • Ensures good contract change management and manages template and clause libraries in the CMS
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Ensures all contracts are executed in a timely manner and advises In House Counsel of delays
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for In-House Counsel and Executive Team using the CMS
  • Provide support and training for internal clients on self-service agreements in CMS
  • Scan legacy contracts and bulk import contracts into the CMS
  • Periodically conduct audits of CMS and archive contracts that are no longer active
  • Successfully complete special projects and other assignments as requested
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

  • Ability to prepare weekly reports and ad hoc reports using excel
  • Excellent planning, organizing, negotiating; ability to focus/ align department around critical initiatives and facilitate progressive change
  • Strong customer, quality and results orientation
