Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Boat/Yacht builder with a great company here located in the Sarasota, FL area.

 

Duties:

- Assemble boats according to engineering drawings and other documentation
- Willingness to learn varied skills
- Build boat hulls and decks
- Assemble boat consoles and rails
- Follow drawings to wire boat electronics and panels
- Clean and test various elements of the boat
- Maintain a clean organized work area
- Ability to self-inspect and adapt in a made-to-order work environment
- Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail
- Steel toe shoes are required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Willingness to work in a team environment a must
-Must be capable of working from 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays.

 

Environmental Conditions:

- Exposed to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and some outside weather conditions.
- May be exposed to acetone, resin, fiberglass, putties, glues, and cleaners.
