Salary: $15hr.

Our client located in South Kearny, NJ is a growing inventory management company is currently seeking a Customer Oriented Service Representative. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answering phones; able to manage large amounts of incoming calls; greet customers warmly; being able to maintain a professional tone with all customers
  • Processing orders
  • Answering product and service questions
  • Suggesting information about other products and services
  • Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Preparing reports
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Act as the company gatekeeper

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have 1-3 years experience in Customer Service
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Patient and People oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Inventory Systems
  • Ability to multi-task; prioritize; and remain organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent; (College degree preferred)

 

Position: Temp-to-Hire  Salary: $15 per hour

Monday through Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
