A local professional office setting is in need of a FT, Front Office Receptionist to join their team. This is a FT, M-F position, pay starts at $14.50/hr + benefits when hired. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company as well. 

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years front office or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Must have a professional demeanor, is well spoken, & a people person

Duties include:

• Will be the 1st impression to the office
• Greeting Customers 
• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Filing
• Assist in other departments as needed
