Shift Lead

 

Pay: $20-$25/hour depending upon experience. Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift!

Shift: 1st shift 7AM-7PM on a Rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Shift Lead:

• Coordinate and lead a shift to ensure production schedule is followed
• Safely operate a variety of blending and mixing products across the plant as needed
• Lead and organize change over process for new batches
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Line Lead:

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years experience leading a team
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
• Solid work history
