Salary: $18/per hour

Custodian / Handyman - Apartment Maintenance - $18/hr Day Shift

 

Qualifications

  • Previous custodial, maintenance, handyman, apartment maintenance, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attendance record
  • Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using cleaning chemicals, vacuums, mops, and basic hand tools
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, move, and stand throughout the workday

 

Responsibilities

  • Clean common areas and apartment facilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
  • Mop floors and clean glass surfaces
  • Maintain grounds and dumpster areas
  • Assist with general maintenance and handyman tasks as assigned
  • Report maintenance concerns to management
  • Work independently while staying in communication with the Property Manager
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the property
