Salary: $50,000/yr - $65,000/yr

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resource (HR) Coordinator for a large construction company! Position pays $50,000/yr to $65,000/yr, based on experience. Client offers excellent benefits and vacation/PTO. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Handle employee complaints, manage grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with management.
  • Perform established audits of all benefit related data, employee records, HR/Personnel processes, and system generated forms and provide weekly update to HR Management
  • Reviews and completes termination process based on criteria established
  • Maintains and updates backlogs related to employee records including but not limited to transfers, personnel data, tax credits and enrollments
  • Assist in the hiring process by coordinating job postings on internal and external websites, complete employment verifications, and gather all necessary applicant information.
  • Review and respond to unemployment claim with appropriate supporting documentation.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or other training/certification may be substituted in lieu of education
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in job related duties


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license
