Job Description:

 

Set-up, repair and maintain all tooling and MA machines of inline thermo-formers. Responsible for the set-up and removal of all tools while making necessary adjustments to both tooling and MA in a safe manner. To produce a quality product at a designated rate of speed, then releasing the equipment for production. Perform housekeeping duties to keep a clean and organized work area while putting safety first.

 

 

JOB CRITERIA: The following job criteria has been established to identify progressive skill levels, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. In addition, the employee must complete a minimum of 1,000 hours in this level.

 

 

LEVEL I

 

Level I Set-Up Mechanic must be proficient at the required Level I and Level II tasks and have worked for 1,000 hours to advance to Level II.

 

 

LEVEL II

 

Level II Set-Up Mechanic must be proficient at the required Level III tasks and have worked for 1,000 hours to advance to Level III.

 

 

LEVEL III

 

Level III Set-Up Mechanic must be proficient at the required Set-Up Supervisor tasks and have worked for 1,000 hours to advance to a Set-Up Supervisor position.
