Fargo Restaurant has scratch kitchen and looking to add a Sous Chef to their team. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen and creating a fine dining experience for patrons!
- Utilizing previous kitchen knowledge and techniques
- Preparing and plating dishes to meet standards/quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
- Directing kitchen staff as needed
- Assisting the Executive Chef with planning the menu, and overall flow of the kitchen
- Monitoring food, inventory, and labor costs
- Previous supervisory skills preferred
