Fargo Restaurant has scratch kitchen and looking to add a Sous Chef to their team. The Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen and creating a fine dining experience for patrons!

Duties Include:

  • Utilizing previous kitchen knowledge and techniques
  • Preparing and plating dishes to meet standards/quality requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment
  • Directing kitchen staff as needed
  • Assisting the Executive Chef with planning the menu, and overall flow of the kitchen
  • Monitoring food, inventory, and labor costs
  • Previous supervisory skills preferred
