Non-Profit Organization is seeking a Part-time Human Resource Specialist. This role could initially start out with full-time hours and move to approximately 20-25 hours/week. Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Implement and oversee the company’s recruiting strategy
• Create job postings, screen applicants, & perform reference checks
• Interview, hire, and terminate employees
• Assist with orientations and completing employee paperwork
• Prepare and maintain all employee files including performance reviews
• Conduct employee trainings and maintain records for employees training hours
• Assist with supervising and managing staff members & explaining company policies
• Addressing any employment and/or disciplinary issues

This is a long-term opportunity with benefits available. Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in a Human Resource role. Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
