Market Development Manager

We are looking for an individual who is living or planning on living in Oregon or Western Washington. 

From airports and bridges to city streets and freeways, C.R. Contracting is a complete pavement solutions company. We have the experience and knowledge to create a solution that is tailored specifically to your roadway’s exact needs.

We are adding a Market Development Manager to develop and maintain relationships with agencies throughout Oregon and Washington. 

What You Get to Do!

• Execute the industry segment development plan by delivering on revenue targets by developing channel partners
• Engage in consultative sales support with select agencies and prospects and across enterprise and named accounts, mid-market, and other strategic opportunities
• Contribute to the industry segment go-to-market strategy and business plan
• Help define key solutions and positioning of our products within agencies and end users
• Develop channel partners to gain market share, increase revenue and support development of related products and solutions offerings
• Travel throughout Oregon and Washington
• Develop a strategy and business plan for each strategic partner and take accountability to drive sales performance

What You Will Need:

• Authorization to work in the US
• Understanding of asphalt and pavement installation processes, asphalt sealant, and other asphalt and pavement products
• Demonstrated strong communication skills with ability to be effective across technical, construction and business functions
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; possesses the deep technological background to identify relevant research and industry trends
• Forward-thinking, decisive, logical, with strong attention to detail and sound technical discernment
