Salary: $45,000 - $65,000, DOE

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local industrial facility that is looking for a Project Manager/Bookkeeper. This position will entail maintaining a good rapport with customers and vendors, handling all financial aspects of projects, making sure that projects are staying on schedule while coordinating with the fabrication team and vendors, provide accurate quotes from project drawings and technical specifications, bids, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, monthly credit card reconciliations, general ledger journal entries, quarterly and year-end financial reports, audits, and other duties as assigned.

 

Location: Pensacola, FL

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 annually, DOE

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM

 

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Project Management
• Must have experience in Bookkeeping
• Must be comfortable with QuickBooks
