Looking for Customer Service/Admin. Assistant ASAP!!!
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual a plus (English/Spanish translator verbal & written)
- Fundamental math skills
- Verified computer skills (Microsoft Office plus internet searches)
- SAGE Peachtree software a plus
- Highly motivated, organized team player who works well with others
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented and extremely accurate
- Punctual with proven good attendance record
- Dependable, honest and trustworthy
- Receive and enter Sales Orders via fax, email, phone or walk-in customers
- Consult with Production Foreman and Sales Rep. on lead times and shipments to update Production Schedule and communicate order status to customers;
- Closely follow all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service
- Work closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers
- Identify issues and provide timely feedback to management team regarding customer concerns
- Call customers when orders are ready for pick-up
- Ability to quote bf cut-to-size foam orders (basic math skills)
- Account Rep. for specific customers as assigned
Invoicing / Filing
- Printing Invoices as directed
- Mailing of Net-30 Days as directed
- Filing invoices as directed
- Create raw material Purchase Orders.
- Receive all raw materials into the system and assist with verifying inventory levels on the floor as needed.
- Make inventory adjustments when product is used in production.
- Print product labels when restocking inventory where applicable.
