Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and screening phone calls and emails
  • Processing invoices, billing, and payments
  • Scheduling and booking appointments
  • Using an in-house software to enter data into system
  • Maintaining general office files
  • Performing other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2-years of Administrative/Reception experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience working with invoices, billing, and processing payments
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle a variety of high-pressure situations and work independently
  • Must have pleasant telephone demeanor

Compensation and Hours:

  • Various shift times
  • Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour
