We're doing some exciting things with a medical refrigeration company setting up their North American Service Center locally. Our client provides medical and laboratory refrigeration equipment to customers throughout North America, and you will be the first line of support for customers and service partners as the Service and Support Manager.

 

When hired as the Medical Equipment Service and Support Manager you will receive:

  • Salary commensurate with your experience; $50,000 - $65,000. Our client will pay well for the appropriate person.
  • This is a direct placement, so you''ll start as an employee of our client immediately.

Qualified Medical Equipment Service and Support Manager candidates must have equipment service and support experience, ideally with medical or laboratory equipment, but a track record of satisfied customers from other industries is applicable. Refrigeration experience will be given top consideration!

 

What will make you stand out as a Medical Equipment Service and Support Manager candidate (you don't need all of the experience below, but be sure to let us know where you excel):

  • A track record of satisfied customers.
  • The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot over the phone, via video calls, and email.
  • Experience coordinating service partner dispatch for repair and installations.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Service, and Quality Departments.
  • Being technically savvy and able to use email, Microsoft Office, phone, and databases to organize and prioritize your work and the work of others on your support team.
  • Having managed a spare parts inventory.
  • And finally, a ready smile, the ability to learn quickly, a willingness to pitch in and help, and a sense of humor.

Some travel will be required domestically for trainings and customer installations as well as internationally to the corporate office.
