Fargo Property Management Company is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent is primarily responsible for providing customer service to current residents and prospective tenants & renting out residential units. Will be responsible for scheduling prospective tenants to see apartments and townhomes. Other duties included would be completing application paperwork, collecting rental deposits, and working with company vendors. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts with ability to work until 7:00pm; some half days on Saturdays. Schedule may vary when there are move-ins/outs. Pay starts at $14 - $16 /hour + COMMISSION! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with benefits including commission plan, holiday pay, vacation time, and health benefits.
