Salary: $50,000-60,000/yr

Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a full-time Project Accountant. In this position you will perform Accounts Receivable, run weekly billings and report financial projections. 

 

Pay: $50,000-60,000/yr 

Hours: M-F | 7:00 am - 5:00pm

 

 

Project Accountant Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of collections and ability to perform Account Receivables
• Project set-up
• Weekly AIA billings
• Weekly financial projections
• Manage waivers, change orders and close-out documents
• Accounting clerical work, as needed

 

Project Accountant Qualifications:

• Time management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Computer savvy 
• Experience with accounting programs ie. Vista, Quickbooks or ACT! is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Deadline driven
• Attention to detail
• Professional client interaction
• Energetic and positive attitude
