Salary: $15-20/hr based on experience

Job Summary/Company Information: 

  • A company in the Edinburgh area is looking to hire their next Inside Sales Assistant.
  • The Inside Sales Assistant will be responsible for working with production and the outside sales team to generate quotes, prepare contracts, and troubleshoot client problems.
  • This individual will be providing excellent customer service over the phone and over E-mail.
  • This is a direct hire position!

Schedule: 

  • This is a first shift position with typical hours being Monday-Friday to 8am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is a must, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • The Inside Sales Assistant must be detail oriented, have great time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • This position requires excellent math skills.
