We are looking for a detail-oriented janitor. This person must be reliable and a self-starter. This person would have minimal supervision with the expectation that they complete a list of tasks on each shift.

Janitor Job Highlights:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Clean public bathrooms
• Pick up and put garbage where it belongs
• May require shoveling of snow at entranceways and sidewalks
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Notify appropriate personnel if any complaints or disturbances are reported
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

• Proven experience as a cleaner
• Dependability - Commitment to working every scheduled day
• Must pass a Background Check
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• High school diploma
• This position is part time.
• Located in Durango
• Pay is $16.00 an hr.
