Job duty Highlights:

• Resolving technical problems for users
• Responding to technical issues over the phone or through email
• Track and monitor issues in a timely manor
• Assisting with implementation process for new software updates and new tools
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues

Must have experience with Microsoft applications & be skilled in hardware and software installation and maintenance. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with benefits.
