Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Tyler, Tx company! Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with phone calls 
• Work with clients regarding shipping and receiving issues
• Give customers information about products and services
• Assist with administrative duties as needed 
• Problem Solving.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Data entry experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
• Intermediate-level Microsoft office, as well as 10-Key entry
