  • The digital product manager is responsible for building, executing and optimizing online commerce capabilities aimed at customer acquisition and maximizing customer share of requirements for potential and existing Les Schwab customers 
  • This position must maintain close relationships and work in close partnership with store operations, IDS, purchasing and marketing team members.
  • The digital product manager serves as a product expert for online customer experiences related to customer purchasing products and services on LesSchwab.com, including but not limited to Appointments, Online Credit Applications and Custom Wheel Visualizer.
  •  This position establishes overall product features based on customer needs and will establish and follow processes for the development and management of product requirements throughout product life cycles.
  •  The digital product manager also develops business plans for products and works on a cross-functional team to translate customer needs, store operations requirements and technology directions into product definitions.
  • Successful candidates in this position will be well versed with a variety of internet concepts, practices, and procedures, including web usability, analytics, content management, web best practices, and understanding the integration of online and back-end systems, and will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Will perform a variety of complicated tasks, such as planning, requirements prioritization, project management, implementation support, user acceptance testing and will have the ability to build strong relationships with functional peers, as well as with store managers throughout the organization.
  • The digital product manager needs to be an outstanding communicator capable of articulating a compelling vision for a product and driving it to successful execution.
  • Build, execute and optimize online commerce capabilities aimed at customer
    acquisition and maximizing customer share of requirements for potential and
    existing Les Schwab customers.
  • Maintain close relationships and work in close partnership with store operations,

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred, plus a minimum of 3-5 years
    prior digital product management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Experience working with content management and ecommerce platforms such as
    Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience providing insights/regular report generation
  • Experience building decks/presentations outlining project status and results against
    KPIs
  • Understanding of Internet best practices and the impact that these have on SEO
  • Proven track record of successfully working in a cross-departmental team
    environment and delivering results on time and on budget
  • Ability to take general requirements and develop execution plan to deliver required
    projects
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft and/or Google office applications, including
    spreadsheet, documents and presentation software
