Job Duties:

• Responds to multi-channel inbound inquiries via telephone, e-mail, live chat and social media 
• Stay up to date on organizations products and/or services by following standard documented processes and procedures
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns associated with initiatives led by other internal department

 

Job Requirements:

• 6 months customer service in a call center environment
• HVAC experience in a technical capacity
• 1st or mid shift availability
