We are looking for an experienced office administrator with accounts payable experience to become part of a team that specializes in environmental cleaning services.

Here is What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing accounts payable duties such as preparing invoices and matching invoices with purchase orders
  • Some payroll duties including handling vacation requests for unionized employees
  • Maintaining and organizing client records
  • Assisting unionized employees with PPE reimbursement paperwork
  • Other tasks as assigned

Are you Qualified?

  • Grade 12 Diploma Required
  • College Diploma in relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years accounts payable experience
  • 2+ years office administrative experience required

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Problem solving skills required
  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone with clients

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment - prolonged periods of sitting for up to 8 hours a day
  • Fast-paced environment
